**The online booking form (the “Contract”) serves as a written agreement between Domenic Caruso (the "Officiant”) and the "Client(s)", and constitutes a legally binding agreement for officiant services, including the scope of services and expectations as outlined and paid for online.**
Client Responsibilities
The client(s) will select all
suppliers and service providers, make all ceremony-related choices, and
manage the overall planning of their event.
The client(s) will ensure they
are legally eligible to marry in Canada and confirm they can obtain a Marriage License, prior to booking.
The client(s) will obtain a valid Marriage License prior to the wedding, cover any associated costs (as per standard practice), and bring the Marriage License to the Ceremony.
Officiant Responsibilities
The Officiant will maintain a valid license to perform marriages in
the Province of Ontario and be legally authorized to officiate on the couple’s
wedding date.
The Officiant will provide the couple with a selection of ceremony
options and finalize their chosen elements at least one week prior to the
wedding.
The Officiant will arrive at the venue 15–30 minutes before the
scheduled ceremony start time and perform the agreed-upon services, as selected.
The Officiant will attend and lead a wedding rehearsal,
if this additional service has been booked.
The Officiant will arrange for a qualified replacement and ensure the ceremony proceeds as planned in the event of any same-day
emergency resulting in the officiant's inability to attend and perform the services directly.

client(s) and the Officiant, in advance.
Per the terms and conditions on all Standard Service Rates, all bookings are considered final once payment has been received.
